This training session was held in cooperation with Sofara Tanmia global academy, specialized in human development with headquarters in England. This session was presented by Dr. Munther Elharm, international trainer at the academy and member of the Assembly of Libyan Academics and Experts (ALAE). This session was attended by a number of people from different sectors in Libya. This training course is one of the courses that ALAE has always endeavoured to organize for the benefit of society and eventually Libya. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the host of this event.
Session outlines
The session aims to teach the trainee how to plan properly for the future and thus achieve his/her own goals, under the slogan "trust in God but tie up your camel". The main objective is to train participants on how to develop a personal plan that includes goals, vision, high values, strategic objectives and tools to implement and eventually achieve goals. The main headlines are:
- Introduction to planning: concept and importance
- Diagnosis: identify personal values, diagnosis of internal and external environment, appropriate scoring strategy
- Scoring: dreams, strategic goals, envision, message
- Implementation: short-term objectives, first step, implementation tools, operational plan
- Follow-up and scheduling: correction methods, alternative plan
