Paper Submission
First International Water Conference in Libya
General information
- Participants are encouraged to send qualified original manuscripts that have never been published before
- Submitted manuscripts should not have more than 10 pages on A4 page size
- All manuscripts will be reviewed and reviewers comments will be sent back to the writer even when the Manuscript is not accepted
- Comments on accepted manuscripts should be answered accordingly before they are published in the conference proceedings
- Poster publication should be printed on A0 paper size
Manuscript submission process
- Please send your short abstract first, prepared according to the abstract template (given link below). Please mention the type of presentation; oral or poster
- The abstracts are reviewed and corresponding authors are then notified
- If the abstract is accepted as poster presentation, the corresponding author is notified of acceptance
- If the abstract is accepted as full paper for oral presentation, the corresponding author is notified to send the full paper prepared according to the template made for that (given link below)
- Full papers are then reviewed and corresponding authors are notified

Terms and conditions
Registration and cancellation policy:
- Registration fees could be paid in cash at the ALAE office, or through bank transfer to the ALAE account
- Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel expenses
- The organizing committee will be glad to offer help in hotel reservations
- In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the organizing committee via e-mail
